The strength of infrastructure facilities gives ISP an extra edge in a competitive leather and industrial garments industry. It has some of the best and the latest equipments like over 150 ATOM hydraulic clicking presses, around 400 Singer sewing machines and packing machines to ensure that the quality of the products is at par with international standards and styling. ISP’s Kolkata Gloves Unit is the first and the only Leather–Work Gloves factory in India to have fully Air – Conditioned and the Latest De–Humidification systems installed in the Unit to make sure that the clients get the best and moist free leather goods. |

The Company has the best captive tanneries in Kolkata and Chennai, from where Leather is procured, strictly as per international standards. Stringent quality control is exercised right from the stages of raw hides to finished gloves.
The Company pays top priority to procurement of selected High Quality Leather Tanned with International Quality Dyes and Chemicals only, processed at well equipped Tanneries at Kolkata and Chennai. This Leather is regularly tested by ‘SGS INDIA’ Laboratory for conformation to ‘CE Norms’. |

An in-house tanning and processing wing with a state-of-the-art facility works round the clock to ensure that the quality parameters are constantly enhanced with the objective of delivering only the very best of quality products. All critical processes like raw material selection, tanning, measuring of leather, cutting through hydraulic clickers, stitching, dehumidifying, ironing, foaming and packing through packing machine, thread sucker machine are preciously laid out and controlled. |
