Usha Naredi, a Director of the company, has been instrumental in the development of this globally spread Enterprise. A Graduate from the Indian School for Business Management, she has a meticulous control over the finances and the accounts of the company. She is not only in charge of the office administration, but she also keeps vigilance on the entire production process and performance of the workers through her regular factory visits.
