NATURAL COW GRAIN LEATHER:

Glove leather should be soft and flexible so that fingers and palms do not experience any resistance during their movement application. . Glove leathers, at the same time, should have reasonably good strength with smooth surfaces and must not contain any hazardous chemicals which is harmful to human skin. To achieve these properties very careful selection of raw materials and proper selection are necessary.

SUEDE GLOVING LEATHER:

Suede is another type of fancy leather characterised by its fine velvety nap on one of its surfaces, exceptionally softness and practically no stretchiness like a piece of cotton cloth.

FINISHIED LEATHER:

The last and the most important operation in a tannery today is finishing where the leather surface is coated with a nice looking, coloured or colourless, high end fashionable durable film.

WATER REPELLENT LEATHER:

Non tainted leather absorbs moisture from the atmosphere and causes trouble like the growth of mould and fungi. So, increasing the interfacial tension between leather fibres and water and thus reducing or almost completely eliminating the wet ability with water by depositing water-repellents in the leather substance.

LINING LEATHER:

Lining is one of the very few leathers which come in direct contact with human skin and so, it should be totally harmless to the human skin in terms chemicals applied and the process of tanning and at the same time be durable.

WASHABLE GLOVING:

Washable leather is used in gloves, after using gloves and to use wherein further then you can wash the gloves by washing machine, and the softness and colour of the leather will be remain unchanged.

ECO-FRIENDLY LEATHER:

The basic characteristic of eco-friendly leather is that it will be environment friendly , it will be Chromium VI and metal free, it will be free from all toxic substance as per REACH norms, it will be quick bio-degradable. To make eco-friendly leather we can reduce the BOD, COD and TDS also.

HEAT RESISTANT LEATHER:

Heat resistant leather is produced with heavy split substance. Heat resistant leather can help to provide critical thermal protection in extreme environment where workers are exposed to hot surfaces and sharp objects.
